  Senior Network Engineer

  Managed and supported over $5M in IT systems under contract the Bureau of Customs Patrol.
  
  Oversaw the day to day operations of 4 primary sites, and 9 alternate sites including, system installations, server maintenance, system upgrades, remote connectivity.
  
  Served as the technical lead, converting of LAN with over 100 users from ICE to CBP standards.
  
  Chosen as the project lead for command center communications systems upgrades at multiple aviation sites.
  Routinely ran multiple network reports to check and assure status and availability of servers. Planned, designed and implemented data connectivity processes for LAN/WAN systems.
  
  Through meticulous measurement and our continual improvement program was able to achieve 99.98% availability across all sites.
