Professor Waldo is truly arrogant, he really believes he is the most intelligent person on the planet, and he is also quite bias. He is the worst Economics professor at Montgomery County, I will never take him again.

Professor Waldo is very arrogant. He's very greedy and wants to do everything in his own way. For instance, if you don't follow directions of assignments a great amount of points will be deducted, even if you have all your answers correct. Also, he will go way past the provided lecture time and won't mind if you have a class after his or a personal thing to attend.
