    In this role, I had the privilege of leading the teams accountable for profitable growth of BCBSIL's small group, large group, hospitals and municipals segments. These segments comprised nearly 30,000 customers and more than $12 billion in annual premium revenue. My daily responsibilities included overall P&L accountability, creating the strategic direction and organizational structure & process to drive success, setting and monitoring budgets and forecasts, recruiting top talent, growing and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers, partnering with underwriting and other internal functions to help our teams succeed and of course, encouraging a positive corporate culture and celebrating our success.
