There wasn't a textbook and the readings were online, and were needed for the writing part of the exams. She was a smart professor who had tons to teach the class but I never really got the main idea. The exams were based on what was on the Powerpoints and the lectures so make sure to take good notes You cannot have your phone out and you cannot get up. Don't take the class.

Prof. Isabel is amazing and you can see that she's very passionate about her work. She's quite frank and she often addresses "tough to swallow" material which is why most people don't like her. She'll expect you to put in work, but I really enjoyed her class and learned a lot from her! Be prepared to read because her content is academic journal heavy.
