Professor O'Connell's class was the first time in my life that I understood stats. He used geography based examples. The labs are pretty straight forward. The slides are very helpful. Both midterms were way too long, I never finished one. The final is much better though. Plus, the way he pronounces "Poisson" is so funny!

Professor O'Connell is a good professor overall. The lab section of the course was super fun and easy. The exams however are brutal because the questions are extremely specific and not really relevant to our future as geographic information system professionals.
