Art World Conference

Creative Director

Art World Conference is a professional development experience bringing together 300 visual artists and arts professionals at all stages in their careers. Its inaugural event will take place April 25-27, 2019.

The conference includes panel discussions, conversations, and in-depth workshops addressing many of the opportunities and challenges faced by visual artists and arts professionals who work closely with artists. Topics range from sales, marketing, grants, taxes, managing debt, and investing to managing public projects, new technologies, and growing and sustaining community. The emphasis of all programming is on personal development and empowerment.

Art World Conference is a fiscally sponsored project of the New York Foundation for the Arts.

The Remix

THE REMIX is a project-based curatorial team, established to exhibit the work of underrepresented artists. Founded in 2017 by three former colleagues from Mixed Greens gallery, we strive to create and promote new platforms that foster transparency, community, generosity, and the sharing of resources among artists and arts workers alike. Residency Coordinator / Visiting Scholar

Located on NYU’s downtown campus, in the internationally recognized Steinhardt Department of Art and Art Professions, Summer Studio Residency is a non-residential, 8-week program providing prime space and personalized mentorship to emerging artists interested in focusing on creative practice.
