D'Elena is one of the better teachers here. The class was always fun and engaging for students. It was structured so that passing wasn't the student's primary concern, there were some good extra credit options. You got great feedback on writing. She was such a fantastic professor and I'd be happy to take the class again.

Super insightful course that greatly improved my knowledge on the subject. I had tons of fun with the course as she was very funny. Tons of extra credit was offered as well, and you have the chance to make up any work you failed.

Professor D'Elena is the funniest instructor that I've ever had. There were quizzes, discussions, a couple of exams, and a paper for this class. Also, she gives a lot of extra credit. If you fail, then you're lazy. She'll not baby you. Overall, this is not an easy class, but very interesting and entertaining. Best teacher at the Florida International University.

Professor D'Elena will make you work for an A. She's always clear, funny and kind. There will be weekly quizzes, weekly discussions, and two exams which are a final and a mid-term. Also, she gives a lot of extra credits so that you can mess up any section and still pass with flying colors. She responds to all emails and makes funny announcements as well. She's easy to talk to and is truly a real one.

She's chill and down-to-earth, one of the best I've had. She makes a class that not many folks love into something fun. She's very cool about extra credit and homework. As long as you finish your work and show up for every lesson, you're sure to end up with an A. She's a real superstar.
