Awesome

Abbott is my favorite professor here at QU! Professor Abbott is the sweetest lady and she makes her class super interesting. Her lectures go by fast because she shares a lot of of her patients stories. She gives 3 exams worth 60%, a book review that counts for 20%, 3 small assignments 15% and attendance is 5%. Just study the power points and you will do great! I would definitely recommend her to teach German or Russian. She has a degree in Bosnian which, I understand, is coming back. Her real problem is dealing with emails and anything to do with the internet. Also, she does not know what office hours are for, so be careful. Don't close the door to her office if you have to meet with her there.

Poor

Professor Abbott is a really nice woman, but avoid taking this class. She won't stop talking the entire time and just reads off her powerpoints. It will take a full hour and 15 minutes to make it through just 12 slides, it's painful and she will always go the full time every day, she never lets you out early. The tests rely heavily on the powerpoints. Again, she is a nice woman, but don't take her class.

Awesome

Professor Abbott is a clinical Psychologist so she always told us stories about her patients in class. Because of her stories, it did give us examples on different topics she lectured. Also, her tests were very straight forward. I'm taking her class again for Child Development.

Awesome

Professor Abbott is a very kind and helpful teacher. Her tests were straightforward and she posted all her powerpoints online. Sometimes lectures can be dry, but it's fine. At least she's very knowledgeable about the subject matter. There was a time that she let us out 45 minutes early for being too quiet. So, that was a bonus. What a great lady she is.

I love this lady. She's the kindest and most understanding teacher I've ever met. She cares a lot about her students and treats us all equally. She teaches so well and has lots of patience with us. I give her ten out of ten.
