Lectures are interesting. You do not need to read the book. Everything on the quizzes and exams are in PowerPoint. Take notes. Quizzes and exams are easy. No homework at all.

My review of him is mixed, because while he was good at explaining the material, he isn't very nice. He belittles students for answering questions incorrectly. If you just do well on quizzes and the tests you'll pass.

Prof. O'Brien is a great man, take his class! He makes Earth science exciting to learn. I had him Spring of 2019 and I still remember the material.

Prof. O'Brien is awesome! He gives two unexpected attendance checks for extra credit. He's very funny and he would really make the class easier to understand. Quizzes are easy because he tells you exactly what's going to be on the lectures. Final and midterm were also easy! His lectures are also good, but he has a tendency to go off topic as well.
