George has built an impressive record of developing and coaching leaders and their teams at every organization level and in many settings and cultures. Over his thirty-eight-year career, he has worked with the managers of over forty organizations — public and private for-profit businesses, not-for-profit entities, institutions and government.
An accomplished and experienced leader himself, George has served as a profit center general manager, a marketing and organization strategist, a global talent management and human resources executive, and university dean for executive education. He has led international staffs supporting thousands of employees worldwide, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and sold millions of dollars in professional services.
Over the course of his career, he has lived and worked abroad for almost a decade. His global responsibilities have included leading initiatives in North America, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Brazil, and The People’s Republic of China.
