Professor Scott's course is sometimes taught as a specialized "topic" class. This semester was migration, with some interesting moments in class. Lots of assigned articles with discussion leaders, the articles tended to be long, dry, and technical, however Professor Scott will sometimes take over the presentations. The class consist of showing up, participating, and writing a paper, also no exams.
