Good

Professor Felt is a wonderful person and very passionate about astronomy. The class lecture is somewhat hard. So be prepared on taking down notes and get potential topics on the power points His exams and quizzes were hard but all he want is for you to succeed. If he can see that you are putting so much effort on his class then surely he is willing to help you.

Prof. Felt really knows his stuff so I learned a lot from him. You really have to understand the concept to be prepared for his tests and you have to listen to his powerpoints. You will pass the course if you show up and take the exam. If you want to learn astronomy, I would recommend this professor.

Poor

You can see that Prof. Felt loves astronomy, but his class wasn't just really for me. He wasn't clear with his expectations. He doesn't give rubrics or anything at all as well. I was very lost the entire sem. He's actually kind, but I didn't enjoy his class.

Awesome

Professor Felt was fantastic. His enthusiasm for astronomy is really expressed in every lecture. I do enjoy his class. The quizzes are hard, but they are scored on a curve. He's always willing to help the students as well. My only complaint was the lack of structure and I didn't always know what was expected of me. Overall, the class is easy enough.
