Creating my current web site (www.environmentalearthimages.com) has helped to resurrect some of my earth science skills, in terms of writing a variety of different descriptions for environmental issues/topics for sites found at many locations on 6 of the 7 continents (I may even tackle Antarctica in the future?)
Now the issue for me is to find the most effective ways of gaining exposure for the web site so that my efforts and labor have not been in vane. I have inserted myself somewhat into the descriptions for the identified issues/topics, hopefully adding truthfulness and "color" into the process. If your looking for a highly technical, college level dissertation, my web site is not for you. My purpose was/is to elevate the readers awareness of a few select environmental sites at different locations around the world, so that maybe they will think about our fragile but complex planet...it's the only one we have, so lets take a little bit better care of it.
