Prof. Waters is unable to instruct. His essay assignments are ambiguous, and he evaluates them harshly, and they account for the majority of his grade. The students are simply reading directly from the textbook. Then there's the fact that none of the lecture information is covered on the examinations. Homework isn't worth much and isn't helpful. You won't have no idea what to expect from him and will not be given an explanation.
