Prof. Erin was the best prof I've had in Valencia. She's very clear about what she wants for assignments. She also entertains questions well. We only had three main essay assignments that were done through the course that was also split into little assignments. Midterm/final were questions about the course!

Awesome
She cares for her students and is always there for them. She uses plenty of interesting videos and readings. Also, she does a great job at overseeing peer reviews. However, you have to put in your effort in order to get the most out of her class. But trust me, it's totally worth it. Plus, the feedback she gives on your writing is really helpful and tends to make you better.
