  Responsible for the administration and management of Blackboard LMS, Quicktime and RealMedia streaming servers, Breeze (Adobe Connect) and special projects (MTAPP Program, grants).

  Primary responsibility was to administer campus-wide LMS (Course Info/Blackboard). Provide instructional design services for faculty building online courses. Provided technical support for special projects.

  Media Specialist - Graduate Fellowship

  Designed and developed World Factbook Print and CD materials and CIA Maps and Publications Handbook. Directly supported internal intranet. Designed and developed materials for Foreign Broadcast Information Services.

  My roles and responsibilities fall within the user services experience. Technologies and support services include Learning Management System (LMS) administration, classroom AV, web conferencing, desktop support as well as provide technology training support for State Fair Community College's main-campus and five remote sites.
  
  Additional position duties include the over-site of over $800,000 in software and hardware, development of RFPs, project management, and technical writing.
