Professor Tasar is great, this is my 3rd class I've taken with him! This class though has been my least favorite so far, most likely because I took it not because of my interest in the class content but just because I liked his teaching style. The first half of this class is just based off of textbook readings and the second half is off of Russian literature.

The class was interesting and fun, most of it was just discussing books and issues. Very sweet and accommodating person who cared for his students, so as long as you show up and participate you'll get an A.

Professor Tasar's class was an easy A. He said on the first day you didn't have to show up. However, I usually went and the lectures were so interesting. I didn't read the books, but ended up with a high grade of 90 on the essays. Also, he's a very kind man, who's very passionate about his studies and this reflects in his work. Overall, it was an interesting class. I would absolutely take.
