Professor Fransted is truely an amazing professor. All her assignments are clearly defined, straightforward and involve real-life applications. Get ready to read and write, as the course load will keep you very busy. In reality, you will learn a lot from her. If she has any more legal classes, I will certainly sign up for them! She spends a lot of time on sexual abuse cases, so if you are faint of heart, think real hard before you sign up.

I took Fransted for a summer class, I actually enjoyed her, she is a fantastic professor, however she gives quite a bit of homework for a summer class and is a tough grader. She gives weekly assignments, along with quizzes, tests, and 2 discussion boards. Her test are difficult however if you read the book you will do well. Although it's a heavy amount of work I still recommend her.
