She holds one of the best classes I've taken yet. She is the only who teaches what she does, and everybody should learn about what she has to teach. I've learned more here about things that will really change my life than in the rest of my 4 years here. A totally woke professor with a sense of humor who is open to what students think and care about. A kind and caring person as well.

If you are a student at D'Youville, you need to take this class. Professor Finnegan is incredible and her class is very relevant. We've learned how the media we watch influences us in ways we've never realized. It was very fun and I learned a a lot. From SNL skits to music videos to the news, we analyzed everything. Taught by a professor open to new ideas.
