  • Independent Consulting

    Conversation Designer and Strategist

Organizations are ecosystems of people, connected in relationships, defined by conversations. The health of an organization is largely defined by what happens during conversations. Some conversations are more challenging than others. So I help teams and organizations turn their conversation challenges into conversation opportunities. And since people aren't predictable robots, we develop strategies for navigating unexpected moments during their toughest conversations.
