    • Trained DMA staff and University of North Texas graduate students in the planning and implementation of an interactive application for their Dallas Independent School District fifth grade multi-visit program.

    • Recognized future trends in the workforce and created curriculum to address business workforce needs.
    • Hired and supervised approximately 28 associate faculty.
    • Co-developed and implemented a two-year Multimedia degree program.
    • Developed the first two-year Internet certificate program for implementation.
    • Authored and administrated Carl D. Perkins grant for the Applied Graphic Design Technology department to become the Model Multimedia Center for the state of Texas.
    • Advised and designed curriculum objectives according to state guidelines for new programs for three test sites across the state of Texas: Navarro College, El Paso Community College, College of the Mainland.
    • Hosted the Texas Multimedia Roundup at Collin County Community College, with 280 attendees from Texas community colleges and partnering businesses
