In my previous work environment as a program data analyst I performed statistical analysis using SPSS, create reports and develop informational maps using a geographic information system (GIS) to display program data. In addition I am teaching undergraduate online courses in Information Studies.

My experience includes software technical support, systems analysis and programming as well as teaching graduate and undergraduate courses. I have designed workshops in information science and technology, developed materials for computer and related courses at the graduate and undergraduate level. My background also includes writing technical manuals in information and computer technology. I have prepared research documents through gathering and analysis of data, developed new programs in not-for-profit organizations, developed written procedures, prepared technical documentation and developed grants to support not-for-profit programs. Additionally, my past work experience in the business and not-for-profit environment has included gathering requirements for software development, quality assurance, developing and organizing projects from inception to implementation, work with technology and the preparation of and delivery of public presentations.

As mentioned, I am teaching online and incorporated an online component to most of the in-class courses I have taught. I have a successful track record of project implementation and completion; advanced written, oral and presentation skills; experience in information technology including quality assurance, information research, and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at the university level, which includes Microsoft Office applications, SPSS and Research Methods.
