    I traveled with other faculty/staff and students in the TRIO program at the college in which I am employed. We worked with Heifer International-an International relief organization and the Presbyterian church of Honduras. While in Honduras we visited the US Embassy

    UNAH-the University of Honduras

    built houses in Trinidad and Cerro Azul-Honduras

    and visited the Mayan Ruins in Copan.

    My goals include supporting students as they complete their college career with confidence and pride

    traveling Internationally with others as service learning experiences as well as cultural learning

    and teaching others to be self sufficient and overcoming obstacles.
