Professional goals: To help music education majors realize their potential for teaching, to help the members of the music ensembles I direct (including the Sweet Adelines Chorus: Sisters in Song) to continue to grow as musicians so that the musical product is excellent, to finally write that textbook that's floating around in my head, and to be remembered as somebody who knew what she was talking about.

Personal goals: To give my family (Mama, hubby, sons and grandcat) the love and attention they need, to make life easier for my family, and to grow as a musician and teacher.
