I don't know about Professor Tully's regular twelve weeks class because, I took his political science once in a summer. But I can tell you that, his online summer class for this course is at least the easiest one I've ever had in my life. Honestly, you don't even need to read the chapters because, all the quiz answers are on Google, since he uses pearson online.

I wrote a review already for Professor Tully. However, I have to write another one to emphasize how easy this online course was. You'll get free access to a Pearson module for almost the entire quarter, with chapters due every two weeks. Added that, all answers can be found easily. His class has no midterm nor finals. I ended the course early, in an airport terminal. I suggest that you take his class.

Awful

He was really strict in his grading. There is just too much work to be done in such a short period of time. I don't think it's a good idea to take him.
