Prof Pollio is amazing! I was a freshman and put into his CLST 101 class by chance but I actually really enjoyed it. He is awesome, he highlights everything you need to know for tests and quizzes in red on his power points because as he says "don't sweat the small stuff". He truly wants you to do good in the class.

This was the first time Dr. Pollio taught this class and he did an amazing job I think! He has a love for Cultural Studies and Sports in general, the lectures consisted mostly of comparing modern day sports to the Ancient World ones, and their sports were very interesting. The class is fun to go to since he loves what he does, and it's very easy!

Undoubtedly, Prof. David is the most passionate professor I've ever had. He's very knowledgeable about his work and you can see that he really loves what he's doing. Honestly, his teaching made me shift my major to classics. Everything you should know can be found on ppts, making studying easier and simpler. You will definitely not regret taking this class!
