Just take good notes and pay good attention. The reading can just be skimmed through, but you have to make sure you're attending classes. He was pretty funny and good at giving lectures.

Poor

He is a very strict grader. During the pandemic, he simply made assumptions on the people's grades and doubled everyone's absence, causing grades to drop.

Awful

He is strict, I didn't even learn anything at all, and he give harsh grades. Wouldn't recommend taking this class. Don't seek for answers online; instead, study the powerpoints he provides.

Professor Ulrich is a tough grader, and he had high expectations for a 100-level class. I got a good mark in the end, but I had to work hard for it. He anticipates a great deal of detail. There is also a lot of reading to do, and this is a lecture-heavy class.
