• Over 20 years of progressive leadership and general management experience within the United States Army, the Department of Defense, the public sector, and volunteer organizations
• Over 10 years of executive/senior leadership experience; over 9 years of experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, advertising, promotions, and customer service
• Over 6 years’ experience as a veterans advocate; serves as Treasurer for a veterans service non-profit and as the state president of a major veteran service organization
• Over 6 years’ experience as an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate and MBA level courses in management, sales-management, advanced strategy, organizational behavior and international management.
