Extended career in healthcare and management, spanning that of 15 years. My experience includes recruiting, screening, on-boarding, people development, training, payroll, accounts receivable, pricing analyst, budget creation and monitoring. In addition, I have extensive experience with nutritional counseling for different disease states, DRGS, ICD codes, and medical chart audits. My passion includes customer service where I consistently ranked in the upper 25th percentile for parent satisfaction amongst all hospitals in the country, and associate engagement where I held the highest percentile (95%) in the entire company.

In addition to work experience, I also have a love for community and volunteer experience. I have been lead for the American Heart Association walk, volunteered with the Boys and Girls club and local food banks.
