This is a very simple class. Getting an A is simple because the class is laid-back and very chill! In general, he lectures you on the history of jazz, and then each week you take chapter exams that are word-for-word from the textbook; aside from attendance, this is the only thing that's graded. He also provides a lot of simple extra credit opportunities. I suggest you read the textbook as well!
