Professor McCurdy was incredibly intelligent and just a fantastic teacher who cared about his students. The class required quite a bit of effort but it was very satisfying overall. The exams were taken at home and were essay questions which he provided decent feedback for. I personally enjoyed the class, and it led me to minor in religious studies.
