Prof. Foy is amazing! His lectures and exams are heavy but you'll learn a lot as long as you pay attention. You'll have a writing assignment, final, midterm, and 2 extra credit quizzes. There weren't any homework. He's very understanding and laid back! I really appreciate his stories about cases as well. I already took him twice and I'd want to take him again.
