Before enlisting POSC 2801, people already warned me not to take Dobbs. I don't get why they said that because it was my favorite course of the semester. I couldn't recommend the guy enough because he's really insightful! I actually plan to take more courses with him in the future!

Professor Dobbs has a unique teaching style. Most of the class hours are used for the readings. Readings aren't too bad at all but can be a bit long. If you are updated with the readings and study it well, you'll have a fruitful semester sifting through some of the world's best literature.
