Professor Garcia can be rude and she doesn't exactly having the social skills to not seem so. However, she can be very cordial if you put in the effort, and she is fairly capable when it comes to giving feedback. She is looking for dedication in her students.

She'll make you write a lot. If you're taking this class because it's important to your career, this is your best option, so get ready to write. If you're taking this class because it's required and has nothing to do with your career, I wouldn't recommend taking this professor.
