    Serve as the primary source and provider of comprehensive economic and statistical data on the commercial real estate market, economy, workforce, and economic profile relative to other jurisdictions in the region, state and nation. Duties also include managing the department's business, commercial real estate, and statistical databases, while working cross functionally with legal, marketing, fiscal and planning teams. Responsible for managing and updating the Department’s GIS database and website data center . Serve as a sourcing professional, including contract negotiation, implementation, administration and performance measurement.
