One of the best Professors I've had at University of North Georgia. She cares about her students and is always willing to help them understand the software no matter what. Approachable and understanding to people who are not skilled in using Excel and Access. I would recommend taking this professor.

Professor Smatt's class was not that hard. A usual online class discussion, quizzes, mandatory show up for midterm then studied made an 84 all day and final was quiz-let and has 100 questions. Be prepared, excel and access through myitlab are hard.
