Professor Portier's class was terrible at grading in all the classes I took with her! I took test one in September and did not get it back until November. The second and third test did not get back until right before finals. It is ridiculous! She also threw a fit when we did not know how to do a lesson and expected us to learn it on our own.

She was not a great teacher. I'd recommend avoiding her class. She makes the Math department seem less impressive.
