Let's start with a First Principal. I am not an Elevator Pitch. This summary has remained awkward and empty because I am sincerely insulted by even the concept of a three-minute sound bite to describe who I am, what I can do, what I want to do....
Do I contradict myself? Very well, then I contradict myself, I am large, I contain multitudes.

So...what I can do is give you an inkling of who I am, what I can do, what I want to do. However, only after some time together will we really begin to know each other. Until then...
I have this unique way of deeply valuing each person: Recognizing and nurturing talent; exposing dreams; inspiring action. As a leader, I never push or pull - I stand next to the other person and look out over the expanse, asking: How do WE get over THERE?
I solve problems. I am creative. Take a Rubik’s Cube: Can I twist and turn those little squares and solve it? Yes - but I’m more likely to consider the amount of energy and time required, and find a more efficient method. With a flat-head screwdriver, I can solve that puzzle in less than 30 seconds with plenty of time to get a cup of coffee and check email.
On a side note: The dates for my work-experience are correct. Efficiency is merely an appreciation of space-time.
I can quickly learn anything. Physics, for example. Tax law. A way to get to "yes." Selling soap. I can then teach what I know to anyone. After years of studying personality, learning styles, and cognitive processing, and more years of trying alternate methods to help others learn, I can truly say I have the ability to adapt my teaching style to the subject, situation and student. Ask my students or my clients. My focus is on application: I am not impressed with multiple choice tests - any human can regurgitate. I help others master new skills and experience success. This ability is connected directly to actually appreciating each individual.
