Poor

Doctor Simpkins is a different funny guy and a very poor teacher of this material. Usually most of the time, the lectures do not help with the homework or the tests. You have to go to recitation or ask the graduate students for help. He NEVER responds to emails. I e-mailed him 5 emails and got no response at all.

Cold guy but terrible who is a horrible professor and who gives a terrible class. He plays around with the pre written lecture code so you never know what you are supposed to learn . Tests are just full of tricks that don't assess your understanding of the material at all. Usually, The whole time Homework assignments are okay and final is pretty easy. Someone needs to teach this fellow how to teach properly.
