Awesome

This class was the only math class I took. I usually got B's or below in high school, but I managed to get an A in Professor Stocker's class. He was a passionate and patient teacher. Doing homework and extra credit questions will get you an A.

Awful

Prof. Stocker is the worst teacher I've ever had. He isn't clear on what will be tested on exams. He has a very fast pacing. He only takes 10 seconds to ask if anyone has questions and just moves on with the lecture. His test averages are very low. A lot have been failing and he makes the class even more difficult than it has to be because he is inept at teaching.

Poor

If that makes sense, he is "too brilliant to be a teacher." He's going so fast that he doesn't realize calculus isn't something that most people are naturally good at. He has no idea how to respond to questions because he doesn't understand how we might have any. Because he was one of the authors, he made the entire class buy a DIFFERENT costly textbook.
