Professor Jones is a wonderful person, but not a good teacher. I took her for the SSTI program in summer 2019 and she had crazy mood swings. The class itself is an easy A. However during the trip, she insulted a student because she thought he ignored her, but he didn't actually hear her. She flipped out and apologized in front of the class the next day.

I love what I do! I'm lucky to be able to engage in a variety of challenges every day in my quest to help people improve their interpersonal and professional communication skills, get their marketing message out into the world, and learn new skills both in a professional setting and as a part of higher education.
My classes and workshops are high energy, collaborative, and the real deal. Communication skills training can seem intimidating and the challenges insurmountable but with a strong baseline of skill development and the freedom to express themselves in a supportive environment people not only improve but feel empowered by the exchange of positive communication and proactive problem-solving.
I take the same tone with my many writing assignments. This is a team effort, whether it's marketing your business, promoting a worthy cause, or using social media to engage customers directly, we will work together to make the process as streamlined as possible.
