This is me – an experienced leader and strategist with expertise in aligning systems, people and organizational culture with business strategy. I have a passion for high performance cultures and responsible growth of the business. My interests have led to a career in Organization Development and Corporate Sustainability. I’ve had the privilege of leading several amazing teams and am described as someone who is energized by a challenge and highly collaborative in the relentless pursuit of new approaches, ideas and value creation.

I am proud to work for Nutrien and contribute to a sustainable agriculture and food system to ensure we have a well-fed world. My work experience has spanned both public and private sectors and I was also an instructor at the Edwards School of Business. I have a business degree and a Masters in Leadership. In addition to volunteering for community boards, I am on the Board of Directors with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. My specialties include: Environmental Social Governance, Change Leadership, Systems Thinking, Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership Development.
