    The Atlanta Type Walk weaves the story that letters in the downtown built environment tell. Coupled with historic research on letterforms

    typefaces and Atlanta's development

    the walk travels in time from 1897 to present. Participants see

    hear and experience downtown Atlanta from a fresh perspective as they view building names
