For a 100 level class, we had too much. The reading load is high (three 20+ page scholarly articles each week), and grading is extremely necessary. I did well because I have high reading comprehension and writing skills, but I would advise you to avoid her if you fail in those fields. I didn't learn anything about sociology, which is frustrating.
