Professor Oyeniyi has an accent that is impossible to understand. He babbles and gets off on topics during lectures. I came for help during his office hours, but he wasn't available. Also, he refused to help me over email when I asked for it. He gave one question for a test and expected us to talk specific about it, without telling us beforehand.

Yes, he is a hard teacher, but he genuinely just wants you to learn how to be a better writer. If you're a history major who is planning on graduate school, I strongly recommend taking him to prepare your writing skills. He is one of the harshest graders I have ever had, but he always let me try to correct my papers. He is probably my fav professor.
