A learning opportunity in many ways. I discovered I could lead and learn from a department. I increased my experience with vendors and communicating with all levels of administration. I learned from many personalities around the district. I learned there are many visions for campuses by administration which can work well.\n\nI also learned that even if the actions of the upper administration are unethical and illegal they have been granted by the commissioner the control over personnel to cover this up and threaten other positions which may wish to avoid this action. Having been through this I will know going forward to have open eyes to who my supervisors are and ensure we have a working environment which keeps everyone safe and out of legal and unethical harm.\n\nI will look back on this as the worst leadership I have known

but I certainly learned quite a bit.
