    My work is based on personal history and experiences that translate through color and representations of plants

    roots

    and nest like structures because they symbolize my feminine roots. I use my art as a tool to understand my femininity and the people closest to me. It is the root of the feminine

    and the trials and triumphs of my domestic life that guides my process.
