He's a fantastic teacher! He does talk a lot, but he'll tell you just what he wants on the papers, so the class is an easy A.

I did not enjoy the way papers were written. you will write how he wants. It's just different. The essays were to fill the page requirements.

Professor Artese was a goofy, funny guy. He will give you great feedback, and if you email him asking for help on papers, he will send your paper back to you with comments on how to make it better. Every paper was rhetorical analysis except the final one. He isn't always clear on assignments. He would pass around an attendance sheet but forgot a lot of times. You can have up to three absences before he will start taking off points.
