Mr. Lane was a fantastic professor. He made complex material accessible. On his lectures, he used real world examples, the things he encountered and he reads about, to illustrate points.

I highly recommend Professor Lane. He has a great sense of humor, is very respectful, and humble. He delivers great presentation given how dry the content is. Reading the textbook is helpful but understanding is learned by doing the spreadsheet work during class.

Prof. Lane is very helpful! It was a challenging class, but he's very committed to helping students succeed and work through.

Professor Lane is easy to follow along in class. He throws in the classic dad jokes. However, his assignments are time consuming and often slow for marks. Midterms and finals had difficult short answers too. They weren't similar to what he taught in class or was seen in the textbook. So, you have to understand things pretty well to apply it in the test. It can be tricky, just use what you know.
