A career in hospitality that spans over 3 decades and includes operational experiences in QSR, Fine Dining, Casual dining, Catering, Hotel management, Front desk and audit, Chef, Restaurant owner/chef, Consulting, Country Club and golfing.

My passion is guest service as a key to successful operations. Understanding the guest needs and how to reach their expectations. I have worked with City officials such as Mayors, City Councils and City Managers and their staffs to create zoning ordinances, entertainment districts, street festivals, city-wide food events and Civic Center reorganization.

The last 10 years I have consulted with various organizations, governments and indviduals on hospitality projects that range from creating new business plans, menu and recipe development, operational analysis of restaurants, hotels and country clubs to develop strategic plans for improved sales, profits and guest services.
